This program involves dynamic strength, static strength, power yoga, core and spinal alignment exercises to alleviate and/or release tight muscles. It can be a program on its own or part of my other services. Proper flexibility, alignment and freedom of movement prevent injury, promotes good posture, allows for improved ability in all activities so muscles can work together more effectively.
