This one has to be my favorite.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING  involves developing the muscles as a chain. One tool in particular does just that. The BOSU, both sides up, is a half ball with a hard base. It is not a trampoline or a balance ball but an ingenious balance trainer that is being used by young and old with many benefits.
