This training includes strength, cardio, agility, speed, balance, flexibility and power to complement your sport. It is ideal for team sports such as hockey, soccer etc. as well as individual events such as marathons and triathlons. It combines all the disciplines of strength, endurance, circuit, flexibility, functional and core training.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING is fun and dynamic. We toss medicine balls, leap on BOSU’s do ladder, hurdle and cone drills, run stairs, time sprints, circuits and replicate the intensity and movement of a given sport as closely as possible. Sport specific goals are targeted such as hockey for anaerobic power and lactate threshold or soccer for speed, agility and fast footwork. This training can be set up for teams, small groups and or individuals.
